JOB SUMMARY
As a CBRE Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll provide service and support to the warehouse by handling shipping and receiving tasks. This job is part of the Supply Chain function. They are responsible for improving the efficiencies of the organization’s supply chain.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with loading and unloading merchandise or material from cars or trucks.
Help pack and unpack shipments. This includes processing, scanning, and shelving parts, pulling orders, and entering data into the inventory control systems.
Maintain clean and safe working environments. Sweep and mop floors.
Assist with general maintenance including light painting, carpentry, and basic tools repairs.
Maintain upkeep of stockroom and other storage areas and merge existing stock to improve space usage.
Label materials under required procedures.
Audit warehouse inventory reports using physical checks to ensure accurate system accounting.
Use existing procedures to tackle straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail
Deliver output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. May require equipment certification for forklifts, aerial lifts, and power pallet jacks.
Physical requirements to include stooping, standing, climbing, and frequent lifting of a minimum of 50 lbs.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Communication skills to exchange straightforward information
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
Uses personal computer and/or PDA for work order system, email, ESS and training. Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook. Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
California Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Warehouse Coordinator position is $45,000 annually, and the maximum salary for the Warehouse Coordinator position is $53,561 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
