　　Responsibilities

　　        Conduct thorough functional inspections of all incoming materials to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.

　　        Utilize calipers and laser testing equipment to perform dimensional measurements and analyze performance,ensuring precise adherence to specifications.

　　        Identify and report non-conforming supplies and products,taking necessary actions to address deviations from established quality standards.

　　        Assist in data collection and analysis for quality improvement efforts.

　　        Prepare detailed reports,graphs,and data charts,documenting testing results in both written and digital formats.

　　        Provide timely feedback to the Quality Control Lead and production floor regarding quality trends.

　　Qualifications

　　        High School Diploma (or Equivalent) or higher.

　　        Previous experience in quality inspection is preferred,demonstrating your familiarity with quality control processes.

　　        Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision,showing a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

　　        Detail-oriented and comfortable with multitasking are essential skills for this role,ensuring precision in measurements and inspections.

　　        Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word and Excel is necessary for documenting and analyzing quality control data.

　　$20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour
