Our ideal candidate will work cross functionally with senior management and take an active role in quality management for the entire company.This position will be accountable for:* Evaluating new ideas and trends, and adopting best-in-class Quality Management concepts, processes, tools and technology* Conducting regular audits of company laboratories and ensuring NELAC Accreditation standards are upheld.* Overseeing outside company laboratory audits and providing corrective action plans* Helping maintain laboratory certifications/accreditations* Keeping company SOPs, QAPPs, and other quality/procedural documentation updated* Performing regular field Audits of field sampling and field data collection to ensure compliance with SOPs* Performing regular quality checks of company documentation including proposals and reports* Working with the safety officer to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies* Preparing routine reports on audit findings, corrective actions, and resolutions* Possessing strong technical writing skillsQualificationsCollecting and analyzing data is the core of what we do.
