　　Job Title: Warehouse Associate II

　　Location: Tampa, FL

　　Objectives/Purpose of the Job:

　　Material Handling - provide components, raw materials, labels (Kits) to manufacturing and bring finished goods and returns to the warehouse. Handle all waste materials (hazardous and non-hazardous). Staging/Prep Material Handling - Prepare components and handle returns for the Core. Insert Folding - Run the insert folding machine operation.

　　Key Activities/Responsibilities:

　　1.Material Handling - Operate pallet jack, motorized pallet jack, sit down forklift, high lift and stretch wrapper. Rocon activities/trash removal, tray making, computer entries (Erpix, PeopleSoft, BPICS).

　　2.Scanner use, delivering kits to the lines, setting up lines, deliver finished goods to the warehouse, follow cooler procedures and entries into Filling and Packaging batch records.

　　3.Staging/Prep Material Handling - schedule status and priority setting. Delivering components to staging.

　　4.Checking release status, labeling bags, spray down in staging, transfer from staging to prep, wipe down in prep, proper use of pass through into core, cleaning of staging area, extra Components to staging and returns.

　　5.Insert Folding- Run the insert folding operation including cleaning, set up, line clearance, minor maintenance, accountability procedures, and computer entries.

　　Qualifications / Training:

　　1.High School Diploma.

　　2.Six hours of GMP/ISO training, Compliance Wire Training, support OpEx and Wise Owl initiatives.

　　3.Specialized Training: Ability to pass FDOH compliance training.

　　4.Pallet Jack, Motorized Pallet Jack, Sit Down Forklift, High Lift Forklift, and Stretch Wrapper.

　　5.Must be able to read, write, and speak English and possess basic math skills.

　　Eligibility for Internal Applicants:

　　1.Have no corrective actions at the written warning level in last six months / no final warning level in the last 12 months / no active PIP.

　　2.Meet the qualifications of the position as stated above.

　　3.Be in your current job for 12 months.

　　4.Position applying for must be a step up in progression and not a step down.

　　Shift : Monday to Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

　　Start Pay Range: $16.50

　　This position may be available in the following location: Tampa, FL.
