Ex: Scanning in shipments, picking and packing, assessing returns and damaged products, diagnostic checks.- Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service- Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes- Maintain and update customer information as necessary- Upsell current customers on new or enhanced servicesRequirements:- High School Diploma or equivalent- Ability to perform assigned duties with minimal supervision- Basic Math skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong attention to detail- Independent worker, excellent organization skills, reliable and dependable- Regular and on time attendance is required- Hours will occasionally exceed 40 hours per week- Will work with and have verbal contact with others- Must live in the La Vergne, Tennessee area.Work Environment- Regular work performed in a climate-controlled, warehouse environment- Ongoing usage of computer systemsPhysical Demands- Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds, without assistance repetitively- Ability to make repetitive movements including but not limited to bending or squatting- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time unassistedBenefits- Bonus potential of $400 a month ($240 attendance + $160 production)- Health, dental, and vision coverage/HSA- PTO- Paid holidays and sick time- Optional daily pay or weekly pay- 401K retirement plan- Leadership programs- Paid training and tuition reimbursement- Employee discounts program including but not limited to groceries, travel, insurance, phone plans, health and wellness, and pet supplies- Employee assistance program- Additional voluntary benefitsNext Steps1.
