The Miami office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1+ years of experience in legal research & writing and providing litigation support on insurance coverage matters. Must be an active member of the Florida Bar.

　　Your Day-to-Day:

　　Complex Research and Analysis

　　Assist with Drafting Appellate Briefs

　　Draft/review substantive complex pleadings and motions

　　Insurance Coverage Analysis

　　Communicate in a highly effective manner with team members and clients

　　Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

　　Requirements

　　An active member of the Florida Bar in good standing, Required

　　Strong skills in legal research, writing, and persuasive oral advocacy

　　Judicial Clerkship Preferred

　　Prior Appellate or Insurance Coverage Experience Preferred, But Not Required
