　　Responsibilities

　　Major Responsibilities:

　　Keep line(s) stocked with appropriate material from staging area and pick racks to prevent line from running out of parts.

　　Move skids of assembled motors to banding area with lot numbers stamped on the containers.

　　Move, store, and identify boxed-off material.

　　Facilitate line changeovers in a timely manner per existing procedures.

　　Maintains legible, accurate, and neat lot control identification log to support required requirements.

　　To maintain assigned area in a neat, organized, clean, and safe condition.

　　Must understand and follow operation instructions.

　　Must be able to work the assembly process to fill in whenever necessary.

　　Minor Responsibilities:

　　Requires effective communication and involvement with related internal departments in order to maintain production requirements.

　　Requires teamwork and participation of company activities such as IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001 and Employee Involvement.

　　Requires shift work and overtime.

　　May require working with hazardous chemicals.

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　working in a smoke free environment

　　wearing steel toe shoes

　　working in a non-temperature controlled environment

　　manual lifting up to 35lbs

　　standing for 12 hours at one time

　　working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
