The Warehouse and Inventory Manager is responsible for all aspects associated with the warehouse team's high performance; adherence to safety protocols, and successful completion of projects while upholding and enforcing standard operating procedures and TransPak guidelines. The Warehouse and Inventory Manager shall have strong leadership skills in order to facilitate and drive a team-oriented culture amongst all areas within the warehouse. The Warehouse and Inventory Manager will be accountable for on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, employee management and overall general cleanliness of the facility.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for hiring, training, managing performance and coaching team(s) in warehouse tasks to
ensure work is performed to expectations for safety, quality and meeting deadlines. Set clear goals and
maintain respectful accountability. Give feedback about performance to job expectations. Completes
performance reviews and disciplinary action.
• Manage manpower and capacity to ensure deadlines are met within budget.
• Monitor time and attendance system and team member schedules for start/stop, meal and rest periods
and time-off.
• Drive a positive team-oriented culture.
• Manage cycle count and physical inventory process to ensure data integrity in ERP system for all raw
material and finished goods.
• Monitor and measure receiving/shipping and warehouse performance for accuracy of locator, receiving
reporting, on time delivery, pack on sites, movement, and storage of material.
• Oversee the supplying of materials to fabrication and stage material for assembly and sub-assembly.
• Ensure materials are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
• Oversee the rotation of inventories within the warehouse, FIFO.
• Help drive coordination and teamwork amongst all departments within the warehouse.
• Responsible for improving operational efficiency and workflows.
• Maintain overall organization and general cleanliness of the facility.
