WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
The Walmart Program Manager plays a critical role to Hallmark's success at Walmart and Sam's Club. As a Program Manager, you will coordinate the execution of all Hallmark programs with Walmart and Neighborhood Market stores across the country and are directly responsible for all Hallmark sales opportunities and end-to-end account management with Sam’s Club.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Walmart program management: The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely and comprehensive omnichannel program development across Hallmark’s core celebration businesses at Walmart. The Program Manager collaborates with Hallmark internal business partners, Walmart merchant teams and 3rd party suppliers to lead the progression of all Walmart specific and Hallmark initiated programs from ideation to shelf to achieve our joint business plan.
Walmart customer meeting support: Coordinates and schedules Walmart merchant meetings and program deliverables including meeting preparation sessions, buyer presentation materials and physical program display sets.
Walmart corporate office support: The Program Manager has frequent interaction with Walmart Home Office personnel in ensuring the execution of programs and delivery of information required by the customer. They are the primary contact for the Walmart D67 Associate Merchant and meets weekly with them to review sales performance, provide program updates, explain key execution tactics, identify future project requirements, gain approval for incremental program placement, and identify incremental program opportunities.
Sam’s Club sales and account management: The program manager has end-to-end sales and account management responsibility for Hallmark’s business with Sam’s Club.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
The following is required to be considered for this role:
Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of professional work experience
At least 5 years of professional experience in Sales, Marketing, Business or Product Development
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Resides in the Bentonville, AR/Northwest Arkansas region
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience working for or with Walmart and/or Sam's Club
Previous sales and account management experience working with a large retail customer
Previous experience working as a supplier with a large product portfolio
Proven understanding of the retail marketplace and knowledge of key customers
Strong financial and business acumen
Effective partnering and collaboration skills
Self-directed, detail & team oriented with highly developed problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with strong organizational, planning and interpersonal skills
