　　Completes assigned tasks before and after service as assigned by side work sheets and manager.

　　Completes orders, serves and clears food and beverages according to policy and procedure.

　　Is knowledgeable about the food, beverages and service required for regular service or private functions.

　　Inform supervisors of complaints, unsafe conditions, and any out-of-stock items.

　　Complies with all policies listed in the Employee Handbook and department handbook.

　　Presents a pleasant, courteous, and respectful demeanor toward residents, supervisors, and co-workers.

　　Presents enthusiastic and attentive service to residents, guests and staff.

　　Follows all procedures for sanitation, preparation and safe food handling in the assigned area.

　　Takes necessary precautions and follows correct procedures for lifting and bending, and other safety procedures and immediately report all injuries

　　Demonstrates knowledge of fire safety procedures

　　Cooperates with staff of other departments in performing job duties.

　　Performs other duties as assigned.
