WaFd Bank is proud of the high value that we all place on simply being kind when serving our colleagues and WaFd Bank clients.Office Support ActivitiesAnswer phone calls and greet walk-in customersBarcode scanning for Personal and Commercial LinesWork with producers to compile list of weekly referrals and Customer of the MonthRenewal BookUpdate the billing screens on the policies that haven't automatically renewedFollow up with companies that haven't renewed the policiesWork with other CSRs with any difficulties with any companies regarding renewalsIdentify price increases and work with producer to contact customers.EndorsementsMake changes in Applies Systems and in the company screens on changes to current policies, which include adding, deleting, increasing or changing items on policies.Follow up with the customer with the changes to the premium if requestedClaimsReceive claim information from insured's who call with claims and report the insured's claim to the insurance company.Call back the claimant with the claim informationDevelop a weekly claim list and work with producer to follow up with claimantLate PaymentsReceive weekly reports from the Insurance companies on late paymentsCall the clients whose bills are lateIf the policy is cancelled, find options with the company on how to reinstate and offer different payment options.Cross-Sell LettersWork with producer on generation 20 cross-sell letter per week.Identify customers with cross-sell opportunities to develop monoline list.Update list weekly with up-to-date information for most accurate lettersUpdate TAM policy screens with correct informationOther duties assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or approved equivalent. Strong skills in math, keyboarding, 10-key, and filing. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet usage.
