DescriptionThis position designs and develops a corporate Human Capital function to oversee and coordinate the HR efforts at ATSG and its subsidiaries. This includes harmonizing policies, services, and joint purchasing of HR software and vendor services. This position collaborates with the executive leadership team to develop and execute a comprehensive Human Capital strategy to support ATSG strategic initiatives. This position works with the leadership teams of the subsidiaries to implement those strategies.DutiesCollaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategy in alignment with ATSG's business strategy and goals. Examples include succession planning, executive coaching management & leadership development opportunities; talent pipeline development opportunities (A & P Fast Track with Great Oaks; TechCred; OMJ funding; JobsOhio funding); recruiting & hiring assistance at the executive level; providing information support, guidance & counsel on sensitive matters at the executive level.Explore opportunities to leverage volume discount opportunities and efficiency potential through ATSG shared Human Resources services. Oversee ATSG Human Resources shared service provision of Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Worker Comp & Leave management consultation. Regularly liaison with HR and executive leadership across the ATSG subsidiaries. Examples include technology selection, implementation, troubleshooting and management (data consistency, accuracy, and reporting); benefit harmonization; corporate policy administration (COVID response, movement between companies, parental leave); and joint vendor services selection (background checks, compliance support).Drive employment and company culture practices that facilitate and support a diverse and inclusive culture.
