What remains constant is our commitment to being a force for good for the candidates, associates, customers, and communities that we serve.PURPOSE AND SCOPEThe VP of HR & Talent Management will report directly to the CPO and be responsible for developing, leading, and delivering best-in-class Talent and HR strategies as well as driving and enhancing the impact of talent management and development. This leadership role will be responsible for driving a performance and development culture that helps TrueBlue achieve its growth and profitability objectives across the globe. This role also includes developing and executing the enterprise talent management strategy to develop, retain, and engage top talent in an inclusive, forward-thinking culture and build a talent and leadership pipeline to drive growth and profitability across the enterprise. The VP of HR & Talent partners with the CPO to manage the effective delivery of Human Resources to TrueBlue's distinct lines of business and corporate functions. The role also provides direct support, guidance, and development to the HRBP team to ensure HR success within the company's operational structure.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Design, champion, and lead talent management strategies and initiatives that optimize our people and processes to accelerate business performance and growth.Provide expertise to senior leadership as it pertains to learning and development, performance management, employee experience and engagement, senior leadership development, and succession planning.Collaborate with TrueBlue executive leadership to execute the talent and HR strategy and embed talent development in our workplace practices, processes, and policies.Partner with fellow VPs to link DEI objectives directly to HR processes and practices.Consult with, coach, and influence senior executives, lead complex business talent initiatives, and collaborate at all levels in the organization to build talent development knowledge, application, and leadership.Lead efforts related to talent strategy, design, a
