This leadership role will be responsible for driving a performance and development culture that helps TrueBlue achieve its growth and profitability objectives across the globe. This role also includes developing and executing the enterprise talent management strategy to develop, retain, and engage top talent in an inclusive, forward-thinking culture and build a talent and leadership pipeline to drive growth and profitability across the enterprise. The VP of HR & Talent partners with the CPO to manage the effective delivery of Human Resources to TrueBlue's distinct lines of business and corporate functions.
