  VP, CLIENT AND PRODUCT PROFITABILITY

  WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

  In collaboration with business, operations, sales, technology and finance partners, the Manager will lead development of new strategies, programs, projects to increase bank's profitability: revenues and efficiencies. Develops and maintains models, analytics, processes and tools to inform profitability analysis, identify new optimization opportunities, and support business decisions, track financial results of the optimization efforts. Provides highly analytical leadership around data challenges. Identifies opportunities for new uses of information technologies to assist finance in meeting strategic objectives. Conducts projects requiring extensive research and analysis with bank-wide impact. (e.g., strategic planning, quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, etc.) Consults, interprets, and advises management on business/division performance results.

  What you will do

  Leads analysis of product economics and financial performanceAnalyze design requirements of dashboard reports, enterprise and local data solutions, and related reporting structures and reference data mappingDevelop, implement and maintain frameworks to measure financial impact of strategies and initiativesDevelop models and tools for profitability analysis of client relationships and transactionsPerforms analysis to identify and quantify new profitability optimization opportunities, including revenue and efficienciesLeads design and execution of optimization initiatives in close collaboration with executives and business partnersLeads change management activities related to profitability optimization including socialization of concepts, communication with leadership teams across the bank, trainingsPrepares and delivers executive level presentations to inform business decisionsMonitors the market: financial market conditions, competitive pricing, competitive environment and strategies, industry trendsCollaborates with product managers, segment owners, pricing managers on strategic programs

  Must-Have

  Bachelor's DegreeMinimum 10 years banking industry experience

  Skills and Knowledge

  Background in Banking, Corporate Finance, Product Management, TechnologyStrong Project Management and CommunicationMS Office Suite (strong Excel, Access and PowerPoint)Data Management and Analytics (Tableau, Python, SQL)

  Compensation

  Starting base salary: $122,535 - $208,715 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
