The Process Engineer will lead all processactivities on new installed recycling and virgin fiber systems or singleequipment components.In this position you will review and audit existingstock preparation systems for capacity, quality or yield bottlenecks.Good knowledge about the design, operation and maintenance of stockpreparation equipment is required in this position. Responsibilities:Troubleshooting and optimization of new and existing stock preparation &approach flow equipment. Commissioning, start-up, and optimization ofstock preparation equipment. Develop and maintain start-up andcommissioning checklists for your assigned projects. Optimization ofsystem control loops in close cooperation with Controls Engineers.Review and analyze customers\' stock preparation and approach flowsystem operations as part of system audits. Determine how to improveoperations and/or to resolve problems by utilizing Voith\'s papermakingmachinery. Support and promote Voith parts and repair service for stockpreparation equipment. Inspection and measurements of stock preparationequipment at mill site for wear and tear. Make technical presentationsand provide technical training to customers. Provide engineeringsupport; troubleshoot; lead projects and technological discussions.Provide a safe work environment in the field, to heighten safetyawareness among all personnel. Take responsibility for documentation ofall appropriate communication, customer and employee interaction andcorrespondence.
