　　Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales operations

　　A DAY IN THE LIFE...

　　Consolidate and forward potential market and sub-distributors for approval.

　　Coordinate with distributors to prepare freezers and other necessary equipment for new sub-distributors opening, stocks and products delivery.

　　Train sub-distributors on field operations, selling skills, stock keeping, merchandising, etc.

　　Support sub-distributors in recruiting tricycle drivers and provide training.

　　Coordinate with Supply Chain team to select proper tricycles for each sub-distributors and follow-up tricycle delivery.

　　Communicate the promotion or new poducts to sub-distributors and tricycle drivers.

　　Plan and execute the visit route plan. Solve operational and other routine issues.

　　Solid experience in recruiting new clients and managing distributors

　　Able to work in the assigned area

　　Has own car and driving license
