REPORTS TO: ED Communications
You will be responsible for creating and designing video and digital collateral aligned with the brand of
the university. Your work will support the critical and strategic university projects ranging from student recruitment and
media assets to donor and community relations. You will shape the university's key messages into impactful videos and visual content that will stand out from the competition, attracting students, media coverage, social media engagement and eliciting pride within the university community.
In this position you will assist with direction, creative development, execution, and effectiveness of all marketing
and communications materials, with particular attention to visual and graphic design (web, UI/UX, digital
marketing including paid social, inbound marketing, videos, photography, and television).
Your responsibilities also include strategic development, brand stewardship, meeting with external vendors
and internal clients, and overseeing the visual needs of the university. These responsibilities are
performed in an ethical manner consistent with the university's mission, vision and cultural values.

• Assist The marketing and communications team with creative development and brand stewardship for all university advertising and marketing projects.• Direct strategic and creative solutions using a strong sense of design.• Have experience, and a passion for video, digital solutions, including website UI/UX, online advertising, social media and print. What you need to have:
• Associate's degree in video production, advertising, graphic design or related field or 5+ years of relevant experience• Demonstrated ability in video production, graphic design, art direction and photography.• Demonstrated ability and familiarity with all aspects of video and print production, including necessary computer programs and skills.• Requires skill in the use of InDesign, Photoshop, and related Adobe programs.• Requires skill with programs relating to website design; knowledge of multimedia software, and video editing.
