Description

　　Candidates with a flair for clearly breaking down and explaining convoluted technical information in a way that is easily understood by non-technical users will be excited about Robert Half's Desktop Support Technician role. We're looking for self-starters with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for working in an innovative environment. This Desktop Support Analyst role is long-term contract / temporary to hire in nature and is located in the Greenville, South Carolina, area.

　　What you get to do every day

　　Retain, investigate, and restore computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals

　　Provide computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures

　　Administer support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems

　　Hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors

　　Solve computer problems, and implement appropriate action/solutions

　　Create records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities

　　Interact regularly and effectively with ticket submitters

　　Requirements

　　3+ years of Desktop support or related experience

　　Must have Azure Active Directory experience

　　Ticketing System experience

　　Demonstrated knowledge of Basic Network Troubleshooting

　　Solid understanding of MS Windows 10

　　Adeptness in hardware & software installation

　　Microsoft Office 365 experience preferred

　　Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
