This positionworks independently cleaning outpatient areas. Unique PositionRequirements: Perform cleaning of assigned rooms and areas - includingrooms occupied by patients, visitors, and healthcare providersCommunicate as needed with EVS managers and unit staff regarding patientneeds. Perform cleaning that includes trash pick-up, dust mopping,vacuuming carpets, mopping of floors, and sanitizing high-touchsurfaces. After discharge of patients EVS tech is responsible forterminal cleaning of rooms and all floors, and surfaces (walls, vents,cabinets, drawers, trash cans, toilets, commodes, showers, etc.) Managesall non-regulated and regulated waste. Clean and disinfect lavatoryfixtures throughout the facility on a routine basis. Maintain suppliesin all restrooms in patient rooms and assigned areas including soap andpaper for dispensers regularly. Spot clean carpets- and report floorsneeding more in-depth cleaning, stripping, and finish. Stairs andelevators. Report items needing repair to EVS manager or maintenance.Perform other duties as assigned. * Full-time, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, 80hours bi-weekly, - Provide weekender relief when needed, work holidaysas scheduled Stoughton Health offers a competitive \$17.52 per hourstarting pay plus \$2.05 per hour PM shift differential pay, \$2.95 perhour weekend shift differential pay, and excellent benefits.
