　　Virtual Sr Analyst

　　What you'll do... :

　　Join a centralized team of tax advisors providing virtual tax preparation and review services to clients who’ve begun their individual tax returns using H&R Block’s do-it-yourself program. The Virtual Sr. Analyst reviews, corrects, signs and files tax returns submitted by clients in the tax pro review product.

　　Download and complete client tax returns through a virtual platform at our corporate office or your remote workplace.

　　Communicate with clients through a variety of mediums, including telephone and secure messages.

　　Review tax information provided by clients and deliver a timely and high-quality client experience.

　　Complete accurate returns and provide impeccable client service.

　　Research tax issues to ensure client’s tax returns are accurate and complete before filing.

　　Assist with all virtual product offerings as needed including Digital Drop Off and Approve Online.

　　Other duties as assigned.
