　　Our Operations Finance Department, is expanding and we are currently hiring a Billing Coordinator in Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid or Office-based). You will undertake billing operations, perform a variety of administrative functions and take part at month-end related activities.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Prepares invoices and credit memos in a timely and accurate manner, and/or prepares and maintains data structures for loading into financial management systems.

　　Address customer complaints and questions.

　　Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy.

　　Process and validate new contracts.

　　Compiles, analyzes, and reports financial data across different segments of the business and ensures data integrity in all reporting activities.

　　Researches and resolves general inquires, billing and data issues.

　　Ensures proper approvals for documents and reports audit compliance, performs authorization activities and tracks changes in contract value.

　　Completes month-end related activities.

　　Education:

　　University degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.Experience:

　　Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 years).In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

　　Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

　　Good organizational and time management skills.

　　Confidence to handle sensitive information and data effectively.

　　Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while still delivering high quality results.

　　Fluency in English - written and oral.

　　Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

　　Detail oriented with analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude.

　　Working knowledge of accounting principles.
