This person will report to both Violations Supervisors
Job Summary:
To lead, motivate and develop a team of Violation Reviewers, to assist Violation Review Supervisor(s), process supervisor approvals while also performing tasks of a Violation Review Operator.
Job Description:
Provides encouragement and motivation to team members, including communicating daily and monthly goals to the team and identifying areas of improvement for additional training or skill(s).
• Assists supervisors in training new team members. Ensures operators are receiving sufficient training of RedCheck software system and in standard operating procedures, guidelines, and expectations.
• Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team members’ work for quality and company policies/processes compliance. • Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals. • Assures that all team members conduct business in a professional manner at all times. • Reports issues that cannot be resolved to supervisors immediately, assists supervisors in the progressive discipline process.
• Assists Supervisor with generating and conducting yearly appraisals for review operators.
• Monitors, reviews, and processes violations.
• Handles violation batching.
• Submits monthly operator reports.
• Conducts monthly meetings with team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Two-three years of related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc; Windows Desktop).
• Good English written and verbal communication skills.
• Accurate typing skills.
• Must be able to see 20/20 vision with correction and differentiate color between light color.
