Are you the type of person who enjoys meeting new people and being part of a team driven by sales and service goals? In this role you will be a brand ambassador and assist with the daily operation in the Hangar. A strong candidate will lead the team in welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and assisting them in finding the product they need. We're looking for someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, organized, and exhibits phenomenal customer service.
What
You'll
Do
1.
Serve as the primary point of contact and team member accountable for the daily operations of The Hangar. Execute and partner with store team members to efficiently and professionally complete sales transactions, fulfill orders, place orders to restock inventory, manage inventory,
plan
and set up attractive displays and foster a pleasant retail environment.
2.
Work with Global Pavilion Manager and Corporate Marketing Team to develop and implement detailed marketing and promotional plans for the store to help attract customers and grow year-over-year sales. Manage promotional store marketing budget in partnership with Corporate Marketing team.
3.
Work with creative teams, Vermeer marketing and sales teams and vendors to
identify
new apparel and accessories that will attract customers and fuel brand excitement.
4.
Fulfill dealer or customer invoicing and weekly store financial reconciliation reports. Create and share store financial and inventory reports on a regular basis to help leadership monitor store performance.
5.
Proactively respond to customer emails and inquiries in
a timely
and professional manner.
6.
Investigate new tools and create standard work for store processes to help enable
optimal
efficiency across store operations.
7.
Plan for and support The Hangar presence during key on and off-site events.
What
We're
Looking For
-
4-year college degree with a major in Marketing, Design, Business and/or Communications.
Minimum of one year of experience in marketing,retail
or related field; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
required
.
Ability toidentify
the
appropriate tactics
to meet store sales and customer experience goals.
Ability to prioritize projects and multiple tasks to meet timelines whilemaintaining
positive interpersonal relationships which encourage openness.
Ability to write and edit marketing collateral.
Knowledge of Vermeer equipment/product/markets and competitive landscape preferred.
Travel

Occasional
travel is expected of this position.

ONSITE: A team member's day-to-day work is best done on a Vermeer campus. If work content can be occasionally completed at an offsite location, discuss potential arrangements with your manager.
