　　Join us to bring the Desirable Sweet Good Taste with this opportunity for Vice President Sweet Goods in our Taste Team at the North American Headquarters in Plainsboro, NJ. You will be responsible for leading and driving growth in the sweet goods category across the region. You will be a key member of the NA Taste Executive team, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that deliver on revenue and profit targets. You will lead a team of professionals to develop and launch new products, manage the portfolio, and build strong customer relationships.

　　The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in the sweet goods industry and/or in the ingredients and flavor area supporting sweet goods, a deep understanding of the North American market, and strong leadership skills. 　　Your key responsibilities• Develops and ensures execution of North America Sweet Good Taste Strategy in collaboration with global and regional teams. • Builds, inspires and leads the Zone Taste Sweet Good Segment community and mentor in line with dsm-firmenich core values. Team consists of applications, collection, and business development personnel.• Champion innovation for the Sweet Good segment.• Establishes and nurtures productive customer relationships at senior levels.• Revenue and Business Margin responsibility.• Ensures effective project management & vitality.• Articulate and demonstrate the strong value proposition for our customers.
