Essential Functions:
Grow business at outsized rate
Build specialized team focused on Semiconductor Clients: Construction, Field Service Engineering, Sub Fab Services, and Sustaining APS services.
Recruit, manage, and lead management teams with focus on continuous improvement. Select and develop teams of leaders. Provide constructive and timely evaluations and oversee disciplinary procedures.
Support, motivate, and promote the team by building a positive and thriving team environment.
Oversee day-to-day administrative, financial, and personnel operations for assigned area.
Establish, implement, and communicate the strategic direction of the division; establish and implement policies, practices, and standards to ensure operational success.
Review and approve cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements.
Identify needs and establish protocols.
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and achieve goals.
Supply expertise and guidance to executive team.
Collaborate with other executives to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. MBA Preferred.Experience:
12+ years of industry-related experience, including management.
Proven experience growing a business at a double digit rate year over year for multiple years
Must have significant experience working for OEM Semiconductor Manufacturers in Production Support Services, Construction of new Semiconductor facilities, and sustaining APS services.
Must have significant experience working for and with Semiconductor Tool Manufacturers in Production Support Services, Construction of new Semiconductor facilities, and sustaining APS services.
Must have significant experience and understanding of contract law and terms related to the above services specifically in the Semiconductor industry, including: Tool Movement, Construction related services, millwright related services, rigging, field service engineering, and sustaining APS services.
Other:
Ability to effectively build and lead a team of semiconductor services leaders with a proven track record of leading a team in the semiconductor industry as noted above. Proven track record as an effective manager in a high-performance Semiconductor organization, success as a builder of collaborative, high-performance teams whose management style is characterized as results orientation.
Self-starter and works well independently and as part of an executive team.
Skilled in project management, problem-solving techniques and communicating ideas and instructions clearly.
Skilled in directing activities and operations of others, including activities involving hazardous situations.
Can quickly dive deep on business challenges and formulate then as data and analytics problems that can be solved by standard approaching using descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
Skills in relationship-building, teamwork, and collaboration.
Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and a continuous improvement mind-set.
Strong working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
Comfortable with routinely shifting demands.
Working knowledge of general office equipment.
Ability to prioritize projects and execute and deliver key objectives in a timely manner under tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, results-oriented environment.
Must know the city, state, federal, and semiconductor industry specific laws and regulations that affect company business and know what licenses are required to operate the business.
