The Vice President will be responsible for driving new account and revenue growth by identifying areas of strategic opportunity and effectively executing our sales strategy. The ideal candidate is someone who has demonstrable track record of success selling large scale Talent & Workforce Solutions (MSP, RPO, Services Procurement management, Total Talent programs).The work you will be doing:Achieve or exceed defined sales targets by developing sales plan to achieve targets.Perform lead generation activities to prospects and customers to qualify opportunities and sell DZConneX services. Conduct discovery meetings with prospective customers to identify pain points for DZX to provide value focused solutions.Lead the RFI and RFP process with the support of a proposal manager. Leads service solution design to meet customers' unique needs in partnership with integration and operations teams.Develop and execute the strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to grow the customer base. Proven track record building relationships with executives to sell large scale strategic services.Develop proposals, gain closure on deals, and negotiate contracts.Responsible for all aspects of sales process, monthly reporting on sales forecast, pipeline, and sales activity.
