  We are looking for a National VP of Sales with an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)/ Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) background to lead our sales team in driving subscription software growth and expanding market presence. This strategic leadership sales role will report to the VP, Revenue and Operations and lead sales and solution consulting teams across the US.

  Responsibilities:

  Lead and expand the sales department, ensuring alignment with the company-s strategic objectives.

  Manage a national team of Solution Consultants to drive world-class technical pre-sales support that communicates the value of Nuvolo.

  Cultivate a highly motivated sales force by nurturing success-driven attitudes and proactive client focused engagement.

  Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive business growth for new business as well as upsell and cross-sell to existing customer base.

  Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  Collaborate closely with the entire GTM team to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

  Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.

  Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and roadmap.

  Align and execute with our go-to-market partners including ServiceNow

  Commitment to align with National Sr Sales Directors and Solutions Consultants on strategic account planning.

  Partner with the Head of Client Experience to collaborate and align on the customer journey.

  Drive accountability across the sales team to follow adherence to all processes designed to support and engage with cross-functional teams including RFP, Deal Desk, Scoping, and handoff processes.

  Work closely with Marketing to align business development, campaigns, and events with sales goals.

  Collaborate with sales leadership to drive consistent sales methodologies, activities, and KPIs.

  Qualifications:

  Progressive sales leadership experience in Enterprise SAAS sales.

  Proven success in selling Integrated Workplace Solutions or related technologies

  Strong leadership and team-building capabilities

  Demonstrated ability to drive and motivate a high-performance sales team.

  Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies.

  Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

  Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.

  Bachelor-s degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
