　　Exciting opportunity to join the IT team as the organization is amid a digital transformation journey. The BI – IT Manager will support the strategic vision of IWS’ business intelligence and data analytics program, by working closely with stakeholders to build data warehouse environment, integrate data from multiple source systems, overcome data obstacles, facilitate user feedback, and promote BI adoption with the goal of leveraging data analytics to improve business results.

　　Responsibilities

　　Architect and implement data solutions, including data warehouses, data lakes, and data pipelines

　　Drive data-driven decision making across the organization

　　Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define data needs

　　Develop and execute data strategies

　　Be a hands-on manager responsible for managing internal and external team members while being close to the development

　　Ensure proper application of the approved security framework across the BI portfolio

　　Develop and solidify an understanding of the operations of the functional groups within the company, and collaborating with individuals in those functions to maximize the utilization of reporting

　　Build roadmap for both internal and external Power BI dashboards taking security, data architecture and scalability into consideration

　　Strong understanding of data engineering, data visualization, machine learning, and big data technologies

　　Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

　　Experience with the Microsoft Azure cloud platform, relevant to data engineering and business intelligence

　　Excellent communication and presentation skills

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a team

　　Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.

　　Should have requirement gathering and documentation experience

　　Should be able to work closely with the business stakeholders and work towards the solutioning of the requirements

　　Effective written and verbal communication

　　Must be able to prioritize work and effectively manage time. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.

　　Team player with ability to work under pressure, conduct business in a professional manner, resolve problems and conflicts with minimal supervision.

　　A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.

　　Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence outcomes.

　　Qualifications

　　Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience in Computer Science or similar area of study.

　　5+ years of recent experience in BI development, data warehousing, data visualization and data querying. Microsoft BI platform knowledge preferred.

　　Must have 3 or more years of experience with SQL server and Azure platforms

　　2+ years of supervisor experience leading a team of inhouse and outsourced group of IT team members

　　Salary Range Minimum

　　USD $115,000.00/Yr.

　　Salary Range Maximum

　　USD $135,000.00/Yr.
