Vice President of Growth and Digital Marketing
We are searching for a Vice President of Growth and Digital Marketing to lead our efforts around web experience, digital demand generation and product lead growth. This role will be responsible for developing our growth strategy for generating traffic to our website as well as curating our roadmap to creating a website that surprises and delights both prospects and customers, making them want to engage thereby “converting” to different stages throughout the customer lifecycle.
We are a multiproduct company serving a wide-breadth of industries from construction, industrial manufacturing, state and local governments, professional services to healthcare. Even within these industries we service a wide variety of different personas from CTO’s, operational leaders, and line of business leadership. We need one web experience that can help people find the answers to their problem.
Your responsibilities will include:
Team Leadership
Managing our engineering team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
Lead Generation
Manage and define our Digital Marketing acquisition strategy including our SEO and PPC strategy.
Collaborate with other leaders of the marketing team to implement effective lead generation campaigns to acquire high-quality leads for the sales team.
Digital Experience Vision and Strategy Development
Developing our web experience vision for how we craft a industry leading web experience
Identify opportunities to expedite our digital efforts by utilizing a number of different contractors, tools and vendors.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Analyze and interpret marketing data to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Utilize analytics tools to provide insights that inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
Technology Integration:
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency in digital marketing efforts.
Evaluate and implement marketing technology solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
Web Development Leadership:
Manage the director of web development and provide guidance and mentorship to this director to build a best in class web development team that operates as effectively and efficiently as possible.
Provide clarity and prioritization for the team on roadmap items in order to help the team make the best prioritization decisions based on impact and effort.
Product Lead Growth Strategy
Spearhead our efforts to add a product lead growth model into our go-to-market motion
Manage dotted line management of product development resources aligned to product lead growth efforts.
Maximize and optimize product lead growth strategy across the entire product portfolio ensuring that sales effort is applied only when sales efficiency metrics make the most sense.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience (10+ years) in digital marketing leadership roles, preferably in B2B SaaS.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, technologies, and best practices.
