Reference #: 125942-1Clarivate is seeking a Vice President to lead our Consulting business within the Research & Analytics business unit. In this role, you will manage a global team of client engagement managers, consultants, and data analysts to design, develop, and deliver bespoke client solutions, including complex research and innovation assessments, brand and reputation advisory engagements, and multi-faceted research projects designed to address client-specific strategic innovation, planning, and policy challenges.

　　Working closely with our Sales team, you will cultivate strong relationships with our most strategic clients, accelerate revenue growth by identifying customer needs, and deliver value through domain expertise and outcomes-based selling. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Research and Analytics (R&A) within the Academic & Government segment and playing a highly visible role, you will interact closely with clients, external partners, and internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Leadership.

　　Bachelor's degree in related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience in Consulting or Data Analytics roles with direct experience leading client-facing strategy and advisory engagements. Deep knowledge of academic and government markets and customers.Minimum 10 years of people management experience

　　What will you be doing in this role?

　　Accelerate commercial growth of our consulting and custom data offerings. Responsible for annual/quarterly revenue and profitability targets.Lead global team of 25 consultants, client engagement managers, and data analysts. Develop and implement robust processes to optimize billable utilization and ensure the timely and on-budget completion of projects.Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing and Product teams to identify new growth opportunities and develop targeted propositions and other GTM initiatives to drive overall new business growth.Develop new commercially viable advisory consulting and custom data offerings that solve unique, emerging customer needs and challenges.Drive strong customer experience by guiding clients through complex strategy development processes, analytical outputs, and business transformation initiatives while maintaining rigorous focus on outcomes and impact.Represent thought leadership activities internally and externally. Act as a subject matter expert for the R& organization and represent Clarivate at industry forums and key customer events. Responsible for delivering impactful client presentations to turn thought leadership content into business opportunities for Clarivate.Proactively continue to strengthen subject matter expertise on the team and stay abreast of R&A and industry trends through on the job experience, participation in conferences and other forums for professional knowledge sharing.
