　　Our client is in the banking industry and is looking for a motivated and target-driven team member to join their Lending Services team as VP of Lending.

　　You should have knowledge of Federal and State Regulations and best practice lending policies and procedures. Candidates should also have strong team management and leadership skills as you will be leading department managers and strategic initiatives.

　　What You'll Be Doing...

　　This role will direct and supervise lending operations, with a focus on consumer, real estate and participation/business lending, loan servicing, and collections. Success in the position will be shown through the development, execution, and management of lending and collections strategic initiatives aimed at fostering continuous improvement and innovation while strictly following regulations.

　　Policy Development and Compliance

　　Performance Monitoring and Reporting

　　Requirements

　　7+ years managing consumer, indirect, and real estate lending, along with collections experience Prior leadership experience

　　BA/BS in Business, Finance or Accounting or equivalent

　　Banking or financial institution experience

　　Must be registered through the National Mortgage Loan System (NMLS) and must maintain registration

　　Exceptional written and verbal communication
