The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving the development and execution of our product strategy, with a specific emphasis on creating solutions that support our energy efficiency and demand flexibility offerings.As a Technical Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of innovative and sustainable products and services that align with our company's vision and goals. Additional responsibilities include:Edo Product Strategy and Roadmap:Work with stakeholders to develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that prioritizes energy efficiency and demand flexibility initiatives aligned with the company's overall strategy.Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and goals related to energy efficiency and demand flexibility in buildings.Requirements Definition:Collaborate with stakeholders, including internal groups, as well as building and utility professionals, to gather and prioritize product requirements.Clearly articulate requirements to engineering and design teams.Development and Release Management for Products and Services:Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the timely and sustainable development of products that enhance energy efficiency in buildings and unlock their flexibility.Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle for solutions, from concept to launch.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Foster collaboration between engineering, marketing, R&D and sales teams to ensure a unified approach to product development and go-to-market strategies.User Experience and Design:Work closely with design teams to ensure that the user experience of products aligns with company goals and user needs.What You Need to Succeed at Edo:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager.Strong technical background with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.The pay range for this position is $80,200- $125,300 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
