The successful candidate will have the ability to oversee a large staff and maintain an excellent flow of services for a high volume practice. Main responsibilities include insuring our team is trained and providing the highest level of care and service to our patients and clients, insuring adequate staff is scheduled according to work loads, hiring and training technical staff, provide a continuing learning environment for our technical team, be forward thinking as we continue to lead our industry in patient care, provide one on one coaching so each team member can reach their full potential and other duties to be discussed.
