In this role, you have the opportunity to

　　As Technical Writer, you will be part of EI EMR & CM Remote Implementation Team and will work on technical documentation for EMR product. The focus of this role is for assessing, reviewing and translating the terms from the data library of the system, as well as support product's documentation acting in the delivery of the product to the global market This all in line with our goal which is to ensure that our customers can deliver excellent care to their patients at any time

　　You are responsible for

　　Translate product documentation as provided by the responsible team

　　Continuously improve the contents of the product documentation, by replicating contents of the manuals, by navigating in the product and text review

　　Aid in creating and translating the area’s documents

　　Help in preparing support materials to the implementation team and end user of Philips’ solutions, such as user manuals, help texts, release notes and others

　　Participates in cross functional teams (Product Managers, Clinical Application Specialists, Engineering, Product Support Engineering and Regulatory) to represent documentation status and deliverables; provide input to program schedules and milestones

　　Provide trainings in other languages, eventually, whenever required

　　Monitor and act based on the area’s indicators

　　To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

　　Associates or bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience

　　Minimum of 3+ years of experience. Able to demonstrate strong written communication skills

　　Translation, text adaptation, manuals; English, Spanish, German; Professional Experience out of the country

　　Technical writing and translation

　　Instructional Content design Technical writing, preferably experience in topic-based writing Experience with C-CMS, preferably ST4 from Schema Affinity with the medical technical area Experience with translation management

　　Clinical or healthcare experience will be desirable
