Job Title: Vehicle Maintenance Lead Snowcat Technician

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation: Proposed hiring rate of $33.50 to $38.20+, actual paywill be adjusted based on experience.

Job Summary:
The Lead Snowcat Technician performs preventive maintenance inspections(PMI); troubleshooting; failure analysis and ensuing resulting repairsof Powdr Copper Mountain's snowcat fleet. Provides Powdr Copper Mountainwith maximum safe vehicle availability.
Basic Requirements:
High School Education or equivalentMust have the ability to work outside in all weather conditions.Must possess the ability to coordinate multiple tasks at one time.Accurate verbal and written communication skills, understanding and theability to read and write the English language.Must be able to lift 50 poundsMust have valid US Driver's LicenseMust have bottom rollaway box and tool to perform major PMI's and repairs onfleet, (excluding "specialty tools").
Preferred Experience and Special Skills:
Must possess the ability to operate all models of snowcat fleet.Minimum of five years detailed snowcat fleet experience. Must includeknowledge and expertise in the following areas: hydraulics, electrical,electrical over hydraulics, diesel engine systems, computerized enginecontrol systems, drive train, chassis, body repair, basic welding,fuel systems, and schematic drawings.
