A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Grants & Contracts Manager in Harlem, New York, NY.Responsibilities:
Maintaining financial, accounting, & grant support services to meet the needs of organization & funder
Performing operations of post-award grant administration and related accounting duties, monthly and quarterly invoicing, budget vs. expense analysis, budget modifications, and journal entries for multiple grants
As a Grants & Contracts Manager, you will ensure compliance with funder requirements and organization's policies and procedures
Informing Program Directors of spending irregularities, such as over or under-spending; providing forecasting to them & Budget & Grants Manager
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role
Experience in federal, state, & city grant administration
Experience with NYC's HHS Passport and VIPS systems
Software knowledge of Excel & Sage Intacct
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
