If the worker completes 50 percent of the workcontract period, the employer will reimburse the worker fortransportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the worklocation. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker isdismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker?s mostreasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home orto the place the worker originally departed to work, except where theworker will not return due to subsequent employment with anotheremployer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker?svoluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportationpayment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical andreasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistencewill be provided at a rate of at least \$15.46 p/day during travel to amaximum of \$59 p/day with receipts. The employer will provide workers,at no charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform thejob. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at leastthree-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the totalemployment period.
