Randstad is looking to hire several Fraud Claims Processors and we are seeking candidates with great attention to detail, advanced processing skills and the ability to quickly and efficiently navigate multiple systems at once. 　　Responsibilities

　　Start Date: March 23rd, 2024

　　You will be working in the fraud & claims department, specifically working with signature fraud on customer's debit cards.

　　You will be required to review notes passed along from other departments and the customer's spending history to either confirm/deny a refund.

　　It will be important for you to review all details; account details, transaction details, rules & procedures before making this determination.

　　At times you may have to make an outbound call to a customer to gather more information, but that is rare. Requirements for high risk claims - .67 per hour, low-medium risk claims - 1.12 per hour.
