　　Lead project engagement teams to deliver clients the valuation of businessesand intangible assets in the context of mergers and acquisitions, financialreporting, tax and regulatory reporting, restructuring, and managementplanningReview valuation analysis and reports prepared by staff, and provideconstructive feedback to develop staffAssist in the growth and development of the practice by expandingrelationships with clients, expanding personal professional network, andparticipate in business and professional organizationsServe as the point person on projects; lead meetings and calls with clientsand managementDelegate and manage work of staff, facilitating staff developmentPerform reviews of third-party and management prepared valuations for auditsupport purposesThe qualifications.Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or business
