UX Designer

　　As a UX Designer on Nuvolo's Innovation Team, you will be a key contributor to a growing UX design practice across Nuvolo-s suite of products. UX design excellence is key to Nuvolo-s success as a leading EAM and IWMS provider. You are someone who is focused, highly driven, able to handle multiple priorities, efficient, and able to think about design from tactical and strategic points of view.

　　As a UX Designer, your role will include:

　　Contribute to the enhancement of a comprehensive web and mobile design system used across all Nuvolo products.

　　Define and implement web and mobile best practices to enhance user experiences.

　　Working on various design projects is an option.

　　Promote design thinking across the organization and actively participate in design thinking sessions.

　　Collaborate closely with product management and product engineering to design and review user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.

　　Deliver specifications and supporting assets to development teams.

　　Contribute to the overall product vision.

　　Capability to visualize the full application from start to finish with the assistance of the design and product teams.

　　This role could be a fit for you if you bring:

　　4+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer within the B2B/SaaS space, or 2+ years education in UX, Digital Design, HCI, Human Factors, or related field.

　　Proficiency in prototyping interactive and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma is mandatory.

　　A portfolio demonstrating the ability to conceptualize and communicate visually, with a focus on design process overview.

　　Experience working collaboratively on design projects with multiple UX/UI designers.

　　Understanding of design principles, user-centered design process, and design methodology for web and mobile applications.

　　Strong attention to detail and consistency in design.

　　Curiosity and a strong desire for continuous learning.

　　Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities are necessary for effective collaboration in diverse teams.

　　Demonstrated successful collaboration in a multidisciplinary team environment.

　　Strong interpersonal skills and oral/written communication skills, actively participating in meetings and advocating for design.

　　Bonus points for:

　　Experience designing for closed proprietary platforms such as ServiceNow, or other CMMS/IWMS systems.

　　Ability to prototype interactive designs using Axure.

　　A strong background in visual design

　　Understanding of UI frameworks such as React, HTML, CSS, and mobile-centric design patterns.
