　　Are you passionate about the critical role language plays in the design of well-crafted user experiences? As the Nutanix Content Strategist, you will work closely with the product design team and use human-focused design methodologies to resolve how best to deliver the correct information when, where, and how customers want it.

　　The Content Strategist will, at a minimum, be expected to influence all in-product UX copy, terminology, voice/tone, and product design strategy. They will partner closely with various design, development, and customer-facing teams to ensure thorough, consistent, and delightful information usage across the entire product lifecycle.

　　The ideal candidate will be a substantial copy editor/writer experienced at defining and realising a content strategy across a sizable product portfolio. The successful candidate will possess a “makers” mentality and will be as comfortable “pitching in” as a separate contributor as they are at developing strategy and pitching to stakeholders.

　　Your Role

　　Work closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure the correct use of informational elements and patterns across the product line.

　　Understand our users and audiences. Design delightful informational experiences using sound design thinking techniques and validate proposed information experiences via various testing methodologies.

　　Educate team members and stakeholders on information-design best practices.

　　Create systems and tools (user story templates, etc) that teams can use to deliver delightful information experiences efficiently.

　　Produce and maintain an information style guide defining the voice, tone, and terminology for our products and development artefacts like user stories.

　　Build consensus across various stakeholders for information experience practices and guidelines.

　　What You Will Bring

　　5+ years of experience delivering delightful and informative copy and an applicable educational background in technology, writing, design, and communication.

　　Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong aptitude for translating brand elements into UI copy, documentation, and product messaging.

　　Successful experience working with enterprise, hyper-converged, and cloud administrative products.

　　Ability to communicate information design truth to all levels of an organisation. Knowledge and experience using design thinking and user testing methodologies. Proven history of building consensus across various stakeholders and skill sets. Expertise with professional writing and publishing tools and techniques.
