　　This function will be reporting to Automation & Utility Manager and this role is focused on TTH division and it will be based at PT Firmenich Aromatics Indonesia, Karawang Site.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Responsible for maintaining site equipment and facilities in good working order based on what the individuals’s field of expertise (Mechanical, Electricity, Utilities operations) and job function.

　　Follows and implement Health, Safety & Environment policies/procedures and Food safety and Quality, including GMP if applicable.

　　Completes all documentation as required

　　Completes all job tasks in accordance with company safety policies and procedures

　　Mentors junior technicians in the same field of expertise

　　Ensures that housekeeping standards are maintained while job tasks are being performed

　　Anticipates issues within field of expertise and work with Management to implement preventative measures

　　Communicates effectively with Site Management concerning task status and timing

　　Works as part of multi-disciplinary teams

　　Works with suppliers to identify and source materials/ equipment as needed

　　Stays abreast of current industry trends and best practices pertaining to their area of expertise

　　Troubleshoots as necessary within field of expertise

　　Maintain, install, and troubleshoot utility equipments, boiler, chiller, air compressor, WTP systems, WWTP systems, hydrant pumps system, Nitrogen tank systems, IPA tank systems, HVAC, power distribution systems, and other equipment systems.

　　Monitor, repair, maintain, and document all field utility equipment including plant safety systems and plant power systems.

　　Monitor equipment condition using vibration analysis equipment.

　　Ensure that all equipment’s are safely released and all documents are in order prior to starting work.

　　Assess, obtain, and document requisitioned parts.

　　Maintain work log and ensure transfer of information to relieving shift

　　Maintain proper housekeeping in compliance with safety and plant procedures

　　Conduct tasks in accordance with company safety policies and procedures, OSHA, and other governmental regulations

　　Update equipment history log

　　You bring:

　　Min Diploma in technical (preferable in mechatronics or HVAC background) with 2-3 years Experience

　　Fluent in English (not mandatory) and Bahasa Indonesia

　　Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

　　Good written and verbal communication skills

　　Contribute to team success

　　Good problem solving skills

　　Awareness HSE based on OHSAS 18001,ISO 45001,ISO 14001 and SMK3

　　Awareness Quality and Food safety based on ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000

　　Awareness of Aspek-Bahaya K3L/HSE

　　SIO Boiler (Mandatory) minimum class-2

　　Competence and minimum has certified with Teknisi K3 Listrik (not mandatory)
