　　This is a full-time, hourly position.

　　Position Summary:

　　This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Utility II in Packaging department of Rice Mill.Job Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to:

　　Assist Leadperson in all duties, maintain running of machinery

　　Must have good math skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and mechanical abilities

　　Good attendance

　　Not afraid of heights

　　Can work overtime each day

　　Enforcement of all ADM policies and procedures

　　Assist in completing JSA’s

　　Must have a demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures.

　　Promotes the ADM Way and Core Values

　　Ability to manage a diverse team

　　Able to communicate with all levels of the organization

　　Knowledge of common hand and power tools

　　Must speak, read, write and understand English. Bilingual is a plus.

　　Physical Requirements:

　　Walking and/or standing for extended periods of time

　　Working in environments at varying temperatures and noise levels
