As a User Experience Design Lead in the Design & Customer Experience team, you will be dedicated to enhancing Chase Travel. You will be responsible for reshaping our platform to deliver a world-class traveler experience.

Job Responsibilities
Realize success through building impactful product design teams who create high-end experiences supporting Chase's leisure segment along their travel journey
Lead the creative efforts for your team, across multiple parallel work-streams, establishing a vision for where the work is headed, and establishing a shared understanding of quality
Guide product discovery and participate in research activities to identify user pain points and opportunities to inform work
Plan and structure work across multiple design/product teams, keeping designers (and cross-functional peers) focused on product and business objectives, so they are designing for customer impact
Bring a user-centered design perspective to discussions around product vision, roadmap, and requirements with Product-level leadership
Create strategic design deliverables such as strategy decks, customer journeys, visions of future experiences, and evangelize these cross-product "blueprints" across teams
Recruit, hire, and manage a team of Product Designers, including 1:1s, professional development, performance reviews, etc\
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
5 or more years experience leading design teams (with other designers, UX researchers, and content designers) and cross-functional collaboration with product managers and developer leads
Bachelor's degree in relevant design discipline (e.g., Interaction Design, HCI, User Experience Design), or equivalent work experience
Experience designing high-end luxury digital experiences.
Success at bringing a range of people into the research and design process, including cross-functional partners (product managers, engineers, stakeholders from the business)
Strong facilitation skills and experience employing a variety of methods and techniques to run complex design-led workshops
Experience leading a program of work through full product development cycles in discovery, concepting, prototypes, specifications, and delivery.
Advanced ability in Interaction Design, Visual/UI Design, and Information Architecture; proficiency in adjacent skills such as User Research, UX Writing, Prototyping, and Service Design
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Experience designing ecommerce products and working with luxury or lifestyle brands
Lead with inclusiveness, ensuring diverse perspectives are not only represented but celebrated
Oversee a comprehensive book of work, balancing hands-on design work with strategic leadership
Align cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring clarity of vision and cohesive execution
