Join us!What success looks like in this role:If you are a highly passionate marketer who has proven success in increasing revenue through generating qualified leads, we want to hear from you! We are hiring for a Senior Marketing Manager, U.S. who will lead regional marketing, direct demand generation and marketing campaigns, and provide marketing support to generate sales opportunities. This includes promoting Unisys in the region through direct demand generation programs such development/nurture of leads, sales engagement for leads, conversion of leads and the impact to pipeline for the region.You will be part of Marketing and Communications - a highly collaborative team of U.S.-based and international professionals who work closely with the Business Units, Sales and Client teams to grow the reputation of Unisys and execute strategies that address business goals.While no two days will be alike, responsibilities include:Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and qualified opportunities through the middle and bottom of the sales funnel.Partner closely with the U.S. sales leader and team to ensure campaigns, lead volume and lead quality are aligned.Own the lead development and nurture process for the U.S. region, including leveraging third-party lead development agency.Collaborate across the Marketing & Communications team, including with Solution & Content Marketing and Creative Services, to develop compelling marketing campaigns that convert engagement into leads.Use analytics and intent signals to identify highly engaged prospects with a propensity to buy.Achieve Key Performance Indicators for the U.S. region, including regular program tracking and reporting.Coordinate Unisys presence at key industry and client events.Draft, edit, review and obtain required approvals for content across multiple communication channels including email, knowledge sharing webinars and website(s).Lead and mentor the U.S. Field Marketing team.

  You will be successful in this role if you have:You will be successful in this role if you have:Undergraduate degree in marketing or business required; and a minimum of 10 years of relevant strategic and tactical marketing or sales experience.Experience in field marketing, demand generation and campaign management.Experience managing people.Strong written communication skills.Strong presentation skills.Experience with marketing and sales automation tools, such as Pardot and Salesforce.com.Experience in social media and digital marketing.Experience working with agencies, including lead development agencies.Pursue stakeholders, don't wait for "orders."Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
