POSITION SUMMARY

　　Provides direct mental health clinical treatment to a variety of individualswhich may include children/adolescents, adults and geriatric.

　　CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Provides evaluation/problem identification, crisis interventions,individual and/or group therapy to clientsDevelops, monitors, and follow up of client case management treatment plansCollaborates with other Centennial services providers to engage clients incareWorks with psychiatrist or medical team when client is in need of medicationsCoordinates client use of additional Centennial programs and outside communityresourcesProvide services in a variety of settingsServe on emergency rotation schedule to provide 24 hour on-call services toemergent situationsMaintain accurate and timely clinical records consistent with Center andindustry standardsParticipates in meetings and in servicesParticipates in supervision sessionsPerforms other job duties as assignedRequirementsEDUCATION:

　　Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or other Human Services Field

　　CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS (if applicable for licensedposition)

　　License in the State of Colorado as a LPC, LMFT or LCSW

　　SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:

　　Ability to work well with special populations along with maintainingappropriate boundariesKnowledge of methods of psychotherapyAble to identify and nurture strengths and support client rights to makeindependent decisionsSkill to serve culturally diverse populations that may have a bearing onservice provisionEffective written and verbal communication skillsFamiliar with the DSM and diagnostic techniques.Demonstrates effective time management and the ability to multi-taskAbility to work as a team memberKnowledge of basic computer literacy such as e-mail communication and wordprocessingAbility to work flexible and on-call hours, which may be requiredAbility to travel within the Center's service area or to other locations asneeded

　　Additional Stipends Available for In-Person/In-Office positions

　　Additional In-Person Annual Stipend available for (2 or more days per weekin person) positions of $1,200Additional In-Person County Annual Stipend available for designated locations(Akron, CO/Burlington, CO/Cheyenne Wells, CO/Holyoke,CO/Julesburg, CO/Limon, CO/Wray, CO/Yuma, CO) of $5,000
