　　Overview

　　US CSDL Credit Structuring works alongside Credit Solutions and Direct Lending team to originate and execute transactions for this business that tend to be of a complex and structured nature. The CSDL Credit Structuring team is looking to hire a Senior Credit Structurer to lead complex financing transactions across our financing product offering. The successful professional will complement existing corporate lending expertise within the teams and work through non vanilla opportunities and transactions across the space. They will be expected to be able to lead a deal team through the full life cycle of a transaction and be able to understand and negotiate documents and structures for non-vanilla transactions. Restructuring experience and special situations transactional experience are a plus.

　　Structuring and executing financing transactions for a variety of assets in a variety of formats

　　Assisting in the underwriting process of complex transactions

　　How You'll Lead

　　Leading the deal documentation and negotiation process, driving forward internal approvals, and engaging with coverage and clients

　　Skills You'll Need

　　Proven track record in structuring, executing, documenting, and syndicating complex financing transactions

　　Analytical skills, strategic thinking and experience in coordinating projects and leading deal teams

　　Ability to spot key risk/deal issues and think creatively around how to mitigate these issues and be willing to justify views to key stakeholders

　　Must be able to build and use cash flow models, price financial assets, and read, understand, and draft deal documents

　　Commercial acumen; Understanding of regulatory and capital implications of transactions

　　Degree educated with extensive relevant industry experience

　　It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

　　The salary range for this position in New York City is $190K to $300K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
