We are seeking an analyst with maritime intelligence research experience to provide technical contributions and leadership to support prevailing American undersea superiority. We are a hardworking team of analysts and former operators who assess problems and develop insights in support of the US Navy Sea Control Mission. As an Undersea Warfare Operations Intelligence Analyst you will...
Provide Intelligence related research and insights to support studies and assessments.Develop tailored methods and metrics in order to analyze and evaluate the performance and operational utility of undersea warfare (USW) and anti-submarine warfare (ASW) systems.Work with acoustic and non-acoustic engineers, data analysts, and operations professionals in a team environment to develop employment concepts for undersea platforms and sensors.Document outcomes in reports and annotated briefs for delivery to DoD sponsors which you will brief to sponsors or DoD command staff.Interact with DoD and or Navy staff to facilitate task execution and work prioritization.Qualifications

Have a BS degree in Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics or other related technical field with five or more years of relevant USW/ASW operational/technical experience.Have relevant experience working with or for the Navy or IC in an Operational Intelligence billet.Are technically and analytically oriented and possess strong mathematical, operational, problem-solving and organizational skills and a proven ability to lead small teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with Navy/DOD and fleet operational staff.Are willing and able to travel (i.e., occasional 2-3 day trips or week long tests) and are willing to work on a dynamic project and ability to prioritize a number of concurrent taskings. Are able to obtain an Interim Secret security clearance by your start date and can ultimately obtain a TS/SCI level clearance. If selected, you will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information. Have a MS degree in Engineering, Physics or Systems Engineering/Management.Have a tour with ONI Naval Warfare Department or a staff operational intelligence billet with interagency coordination and / or publication.Have prior experience with maritime surveillance systems, submarine operations or exposure to Navy Theater-level OPINTEL programs.Operational, engineering, and analytical knowledge of USW or ASW systems.Have an active Top Secret or higher level clearance.
