What you will do:

Build and maintain a library of UI components and design guidelines that keep our desktop, mobile, and web products looking sharp and consistent.

Define, develop and maintain a library of UI components and visual design guidelines for desktop, mobile, and web software products. React JS (Mandatory), Tailwind CSS (Mandatory), JS Frameworks (Mandatory).

Join forces and collaborate with stakeholders along on the design journey. Use visual and verbal storytelling to share your discoveries, gather and integrate feedback, influence stakeholders, and create energy for an idea or an initiative. Collaborate with Interaction Design, Software Development, Product Management, and Brand on a wide variety of programs.

Partner with teams in Interaction Design, Software Development, Product Management, and Brand to create user-centric designs that solve real business problems.

Conduct user research, map out user journeys, and design flows that improve the customer experience.

Bring creativity and precision to your work, ensuring your designs are pixel-perfect and seamlessly integrated into the development process.

Balance user experience with business goals to create designs that are not just beautiful but effective.

Stay flexible and ready to adapt as projects evolve, always delivering solutions that meet the needs of both the user and the business.

What you will need to have:

Bachelor's Degree (preferably Design-related field) or equivalent combination of experience, education, and military and 10 years of total IT experience.

5+ years in UX design for App (iOS and Android), Web Desktop, and Mobile Web (latest 5 versions) including experience in React Development, Tailwind CSS and Vite.

3+ years of experience in design building methodologies (i.e. Design Thinking, Lean UX, build Design systems or similar that focuses on early definition of user needs).

1+ year of experience using Sketch or Figma and experience with prototyping tools such as Invision etc.

Expertise in human-centered design and UX practices for mobile apps, websites, and responsive design.

Proven experience with design research, blueprinting, rapid prototyping, and creating strategic frameworks for user experiences.

Strong portfolio showcasing User Experience Design, including user flows, journey mapping, and translating customer insights into visual designs.

Knowledgeable about design trends, usability standards, and building Design Systems.

Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently present concepts and design ideas.

5+ years of experience working with large enterprise teams or start-ups.

Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to new challenges and feedback.

Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams, including product management and development.

Passion for staying updated with the latest design trends and industry innovations.
