　　Salary: $20 per hour + $10 tip guaranteeSUMMARY:The Cage Lead Main Banker is to operate business in accordance with theColorado Division of Gaming, Title 31, and company's gaming policies andprocedures.The Cage Lead Main Banker should also assist Cage Manager on thedirection of the shift, employee performance levels, shift reports, andemployee mentoring.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*Provides the highest level of guest service to internal and external casinoguests and promotes positive interactions and experiences.*Supervise and participate in Cage activities, ensuring count integrity andgaming compliance.*Generate reports for the end of each shift and at the completion of a 24-hourshift.*Assist Casino Shift Manager and Casino Hosts with needs of high-profileplayers when handling payouts.*Monitor all cage areas to ensure operations meet Colorado Gaming regulations.*Assist in resolving guest and employee, and transaction problems.Keepmanagement and Surveillance abreast of any problems.*Train cage staff and provide coaching, mentoring and feedback.*Assist in preparing daily summary and bank deposits.*Maintain accuracy of all transactions.*Other job duties as required.

　　SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES*Cage Cashiers

　　QUALIFICATIONS*Understanding of all Cage equipment.*Full understanding of Title 31*Knowledge of gaming regulations and internal standard controls.*Fast and accurate money handling experience.

　　EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE*High School diploma or GED required.*Must have two 2+ years of cashiering experience, casino industry ispreferred.*One year (1) supervisory experience (preferred)
